I called Waterworld USA after being referred to them by a specific valve manufacturer fully knowing that I could not purchase from directly as I have been putting in the time to research not only a quality Water Softening/Treatment system. The rep at Waterworld was exactly the kind of person you would want to work with! He explained things in a very real world and general way and cut through the fluff if you will. Made things much easier to understand and would encourage anyone to reach out to them with questions so that your plumber can interact with them for whateve you need because they do not sell to the consumer and that is ok because I was looking for real life answers to questions I had! I am just a regular consumer who decided to reach out to Waterworld to try to gain some insight to how their system works compared to what I have already....and to try to determine if I need to replace my system. I was not expecting the kind of professional and courteous response I received. Matthew took a tremendous amount of time answering all my tedious questions and provided a lot of additional insight that will assist me in deciding what to do about my existing system.And the amazing part was he was not making this a sales pitch on their system, but trying to help me address my problems. IF I have to change or add something to my system, I will definitely support Waterworld by buying their product over another because of the time and energy expended by the company to help me better understand water filtration systems.
